Both Stephanie and Hobie were incredibly knowledgeable about helping me assess properties for renovations, additions, and ADUs. They have done a lot of their own construction projects, which was probably the initial reason I wanted to work with them. Over the process of buying a home with them representing me, however, I was honestly stunned at their professionalism, compassion, patience, and overall knowledge relating to everything that come up during the process. It’s rare to find this kind of dedication from any professional these days. You can tell they love what they do and they want what’s best for you and your family. They are not afraid to go to bat for you, either. Honestly, these are some of the most remarkable people I’ve ever worked with. I feel so lucky I found them.
